The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations in support of Mach Industries’ manufacturing and distribution activities. This role ensures efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and reliable fulfillment of production and shipping requirements. The supervisor will lead warehouse personnel, coordinate closely with manufacturing teams, and drive improvements in safety, productivity, and operational performance within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Lead and supervise warehouse operations across receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
Coordinate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure materials are staged and available to support production schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
Monitor warehouse KPIs related to productivity, order accuracy, safety, and fulfillment performance.
Plan staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation to support changing production and order volumes.
Train, mentor, and develop warehouse team members while reinforcing accountability and performance standards.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and support manufacturing throughput.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and internal quality standards.
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to resolve material flow and operational challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization, facility improvements, and WMS enhancements.
Assist with inventory audits and material reconciliation processes.
5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations.
Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational demands.
Background supporting manufacturing or production environments.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layouts or scale warehouse operations.
Experience leading larger operational teams or supporting high-volume production environments.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Mach’s total compensation package.
