Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.
Valued at $1.6B, we’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.
Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.
The Role

Define and implement processes for reviewing supplier quality documentation (E-Certs, FAIRs, material certifications, dimensional inspection reports) prior to shipment approval.
Conduct supplier audits (virtual and in-person) to assess capability and ensure compliance with industry (AS9100/NADCAP) and customer quality standards.
Lead supplier corrective action processes (SCARs), including root cause investigations and resolution of quality escapes.
Manage Hadrian’s ASL, monitoring approval status and performance.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers through capability assessments, qualification audits, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Analyze supplier quality and delivery performance metrics to identify trends and drive supplier improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or inspection of mechanical products in a production environment.
Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, and precision manufacturing quality requirements.
Experience reviewing quality documentation such as FAIRs, material certifications, and dimensional inspection reports.
Experience conducting supplier audits or evaluating supplier capabilities.
Ability to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience working with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Familiarity with PPAP and structured supplier qualification processes.
Certification in supplier or quality auditing.
Experience collaborating with product or software teams to build digital quality workflows or internal quality tools.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies or statistical quality tools.
