About the Role

Mariana is hiring a Lead Project Engineer to join our team in Moab, UT. In this pivotal role, you will engineer and deploy first of a kind mining and refining technologies and work across Mariana’s process development, software, plant engineering, project execution, and operations teams to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that are central to our mission.

This role is not for the faint of heart, so do not apply unless you are excited about extreme ownership of ambiguous, cross-disciplinary problems, passionate about solving the looming critical minerals crisis, and want to work insanely hard.

Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
