Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.

We’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.

Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond

  • Build team capability through training, coaching, and skills development

  • Drive a culture of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement

Systems, Metrics & Performance Management

  • Own daily and weekly maintenance performance metrics (uptime, downtime, work order completion, PM compliance)

  • Ensure accurate and timely use of CMMS by the maintenance team

  • Partner with the engineering to improve data quality, reporting, and insights

  • Use metrics to drive accountability and improve team performance

Facilities & Vendor Management

  • Own maintenance and reliability of facility infrastructure, including utilities and building systems

  • Manage vendors, contractors, and OEM service providers to ensure quality and responsiveness

  • Ensure spare parts availability and effective inventory management to support uptime goals

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and company standards

  • Enforce safety procedures (e.g., lockout/tagout) and promote a strong safety culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field

  • 5–10+ years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations

  • Strong hands-on understanding of CNC machines, industrial equipment, and facility systems
