ConductorAI is looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Customer and Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy the Conduit platform to address our customers' most complex challenges.

As an FSR, you will work directly with analysts and operators to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues and create innovative use cases. Whether supporting users on-site worldwide or collaborating with colleagues in our offices, you will be instrumental in driving success and delivering meaningful results.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one desk-side training to analysts.

  • Conduct classroom training sessions for analysts and operators.

  • Support the Help Desk by addressing user inquiries and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.

  • Provide the engineering team with user feedback to enhance the product.

Requirements

  • Top Secret / SCI Clearance Required

  • Experience configuring software platforms in support of operational processes

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

  • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

  • Technical background with working knowledge of software configuration, classified networks, and server administration.
